Jeewon Lee dazzles at Palermo Classica IV Festival Internazionale

In Palermo Classica IV Festival Internazionale, Jeewon Lee performed in front of an enthusiastic crowd in Sicily, Italy. The recital took place in the Palazzo Steri, a beautiful medieval palace looking over the historic Piazza Marina. She joined seven other international pianists in the Beethoven Marathon, which lasted five hours! The audience, which included Beethoven fans of all ages, stayed well past midnight to meet and mingle with the performers.

This August, Jeewon Lee joins the faculty at the Jacobs School of Music, Indiana University-Bloomington. As Visiting Assitant Professor of Music, she will teaching and performing collaborative piano at one of the nation's leading conservatories for the next two years.
